x CANADA 1897 Jubilee Issue 1c. orange-yellow, bisected diagonally, neatly cancelled and tied on 1897 (4 Nov.) copy of "The Railway News" from Grand Narrows, N.S. and addressed locally; also 11 November copy of the same newspaper with a note regarding the use of the bisected 1c. stamp and an offer from the New Glasgow office of "The Railway News" to pay 25c. for each example. Very rare. R.P.S. Certificate (1975).
