Wells, Fargo, Victoria, Vancouver Island "Domestic Frank" commemorative envelope in blue, bearing 3c. orange and 1c. yellow (2) in combination with U.S. 1882 5c. brown, the latter tied by boxed "For great britain/and all points in europe" framed h.s. in violet.
