x Canada The Small Queen Issue Three Cents Montreal and Ottawa Printings, Perforated 12 1880 (13 May) double rate mourning envelope (224x100mm., folded towards left) from Ottawa to the widow of the Hon. George Brown (one of the fathers on Confederation) at Toronto, bearing 3c. orange pair twice cancelled with squared-circle forerunner d.s. showing code "3", with a further strike at left, two different arrival c.d.s. on reverse.
