x CANADA The Small Queen Issue One Cent Yellow Ottawa Second Printings, Perforated 12 Used A pair and two strips of three showing long, medium and short versions of the strand of hair variety, the long strand from Row 10 in a rich shade cancelled with Halifax 1897 squared-circle d.s., the medium strand from Row 2/13 with part Gooderich 1897 squared-circle d.s. and the short strand from Row 2/6 additionally showing re-entry in "one cent" and cancelled with Sherbrooke 1898 c.d.s..
