(5) each with manuscript cross and showing, on reverse, light Melbourne c.d.s. partially overstruck curved "Victoria Express" h.s. with manuscript "Lamplough 12/3/60" below and clear South Shields arrival datestamp (13 Apr.); the envelope slightly soiled. This is the only recorded cover showing the cachet of this Express company Estimate £ 8,000-10,000 Note: In "The Australian Philatelist", Vol. 2 No. 1, Allan Levy wrote an article on the "Mail Expresses on the Victorian Goldfields" in which this cover was illustrated and mentioned.
