x Queensland 1858 (4 Feb.) front and part back from Brisbane to Calcutta and redirected to Patna, bearing Laureated 1853 6d. grey-brown on bluish paper with close to good margins, cancelled by "95" barred numeral, showing boxed "bombay/ship letter/Bearing" and "calcutta receiving house" c.d.s. alongside with, on reverse, "brisbane/new s. wales" and Sydney datestamps. A rare stamp on cover, much more so used from the Moreton Bay District period, and a most unusual destination. B.P.A. Certificate (2006) Estimate £ 3,000-4,000
