Indenture (folded) for land sale, bearing Straits Settlements $100 black and carmine on blue (3, one with two small holes towards top) with "Okugawa" seal in combination with $5 green and red on emerald (9) overprinted "dai nippon/2602/malaya", all clearly tied by "dai nippon/stamp office, penang" oval datestamps in violet, very fine.
