Ireland 1922 (Oct.-Dec.) Thom "Rialtas" overprint in shiny blue-black, 10/- dull grey-blue, the unique used block of four from the so-called "broken S" plate, the upper left stamp [29] with "0" in "10/-" retouched and the lower pair with overprint variety "R over Se", lightly cancelled by "college green/dublin" c.d.s., well-centred and of fresh colour.
