Wreck Covers 1892 (31 Jan.) commercial covers to London and Frankfurt (adhesive washed off) the first bearing fine strikes of the boxed "Saved from wreck/of s.s. ´Eider´" in violet, the second with the German handstamp "Frankirter Brief aus/gestrandetem D. Eider geborger" also in violet´ each with appropriate post office seals on reverse. A good pair. (2 covers) Estimate £ 100-120
