x Italian States Tuscany 1857-59 4cr. green and 6cr. deep blue horizontal pair tied on large part cover front mailed to New York from Livorno via Liverpool; with italic "Insufficiente", very scarce framed "livré comme lettre" in red and French "affranchisement/insuffisant", two strikes of framed "br. service" in red tying adhesives and New York arrival (17/10) in black.
