Deeming as Temporary Second Lieutenant, Land Forces, dated 26.6.1918; Certificate of Discharge, dated 17.7.1918, and named letter to recipient on occasion of him relinquishing his commission, dated 8.3.1921, with envelope of issue Five: Sergeant F. Allen, Sherwood Foresters 1939-1945 Star; Italy Star; Defence and War Medals; General Service 1918-62, G.VI.R., one clasp, Palestine 1945-48 (4985636 Sjt. F. Allen.
