Pearce K.S.L.I.), extremely fine, with two named original card boxes of issue, and registered envelope addressed to ´Mr. G. Pearce, 12 Hill Top, Madeley´ and two enclosure slips Pair: Private H. Pearce, King´s Shropshire Light Infantry British War and Victory Medals (200601 Pte. H. Pearce K.S.L.I.), extremely fine, with Imperial Service badge, and Medal enclosure slip (lot) Estimate £ 350-400 A. and H. Pearce were the sons of Mr. and Mrs. G. Pearce of Madeley, Shropshire. 200233 Private Arthur John Pearce, born Broseley, Shropshire; served during the Great War with the 1/4th Battalion King´s Shropshire Light Infantry and was killed in action, 19.4.1918; The Wreakin District Roll of Honour states that he was ´killed in action at Cambrai´; he is buried in La Clytte Military Cemetery. 200601 Private Hubert Pearce served during the Great War with the same Battalion as his brother, The Wreakin District Roll of Honour states that he ´Died of Wounds (gas) at home´, 6.9.1920; he is buried in Wenlock (Broseley) Cemetery.
