1894-97 Sixtieth Birthday of the Dowager Empress First Printing 9 candareens 9ca. dull green variety imperforate vertically in a block of four affixed to the reverse of a part 1899 cover addressed to Germany with 12ca. and 24ca. tied by Kiaochow lunar c.d.s. showing error of date (reading 1906), the face with Hong Kong 10c. purple on red in a block of four and strip of four tied by Shanghai c.d.s. with Shanghai "I.P.O." tieprint (Kiaochow does not exist); some creasing and edge tears including a paper split on the 9ca. block at left where it overlaps the edge of the flap.
