Under 1/4 ounce Rate 1898 (28 Mar.) envelope to China Inland Mission, Shanghai bearing 2c. on 2ca. pale yellow-green showing 2mm of the stamp below (appearance of imperforate between pair) tied by a good strike of the Hankow Dollar chop in brownish black, the reverse with Shanghai Local Post c.d.s.
