1897 New Currency Surcharges Large Figures Surcharge, Wide Setting on Dowager Second Print 1/2c. on 3ca. yellow variety "cents" virtually omitted a horizontal row of four in a block of sixteen, pane 4, fresh and fine with full original gum.
