Fleuron Datestamp, Type Ib Second State ( as Type Ia but final "s" removed), 1811-1812 1812 (29 Sept.) entire to London, rated "2/2" and showing, on reverse across join, a good to fine strike of "st vincent" fleuron d.s. partly overstruck by red arrival c.d.s.; the entire a little soiled.
