Japan U.S. Post Office 1868 (c.) envelope addressed to Pennsylvania bearing pair of U.S.A. 1867 10c. deep green tied by black chequerboard grid (probably Nagasaki) with San Francisco transit and oval "china and japan/steam service" (poor) alongside. The adhesives originally overlapped the edge of the envelope (part flap opened) are defective and the envelope soiled; scarce nevertheless. Photo Estimate HK$ 6,000-8,000
