No.15" c.d.s. ("00" for "20" error in date) and B.R.A. 5c. on 1/2c. tied by "railway post office/tongku" postmark. Fresh and a fine cover showing the day of issue of the 5c. surcharge as well as the first day of this F.P.O. postmark was employed on the T.P.O. section between TIentsin and Hanku.
