China Provinces Yunnan — 1916 (29 Oct.) opened-out newspaper wrapper addressed to Tengyueh bearing, on the reverse, a good strike of the large "c.p.o./tientsin/mail matter.under contract/categorys" with c.d.s. on Tientsin, Rangoon, Bhamo and Tengyueh arrival, the front bears Postage Due 1/2c. (6) and 5c. tied by the Tengyueh arrival as the paper was overweight "70gms/T. 8cts", also shows circular Rangoon censor; a stunning and unusual cover.
