China 1900-06 Chinese Imperial Post 1c. brownish orange, large part Waterlow file sheet including the variety retouched Chinese figure "one" pane 8 [12] as well as the distinctive plate crack in the margin and broken "one" pane 8 [20]. The top margin with inscription "28.3.11/13,200,000" and each stamp with two security punch holes. Some of the stamps from the upper and lower right hand panes are missing and the sheet has suffered some additional damage, however the key panes are in presentable condition and the sheet folded for display. A rare sheet and one of the few examples of the retouch variety on unoverprinted stamps.
