Hong Kong Treaty Ports Collections and Ranges A fairly comprehensive collection on leaves with covers and cancellations including Amoy postcards, "A1" on 10c. on 16c., c.d.s. on values to Postal Fiscal $3 and 1917 1c. stationery card sent from Hong Kong; Canton with Chinese cancellations (10), 1871 letter from Canton to London, 1886 red band cover to Dundee bearing pair of 10c. deep blue-green tied by type B c.d.s. 1905 covers registered to Lyon (2), 1906 4c. stationery envelope to Bombay, 1915 underpaid envelope to Leeds with G.B. 2d. Postage Due, 1917 unoverprinted K.G.V 10c. on envelope to Scotland (very late use); Chefoo including1908 envelope to Scotland bearing the boxed registered handstamp; Foochow with "F1" (4) and covers (3); Hankow picture postcards (3) and cover to London, redirected on arrival; Hoihow thimble; Shanghai with 1862 Paid cover to Edinburgh, "S1" obliterator (56), 1893-95 Davis covers (6) and others including picture post cards, censored mail, 1922 boxed "B.P.O. TO C.P.O." dated handstamp and a delightful 1896 opened-out envelope from London to Shanhaikwan, undelivered and returned to sender with an array of transit and instructional marks; Swatow with stationery card and unused picture postcard; Tientsin type B on cover (2) and some Japan "ship". The collection also included an apparent "M1" cancellation (failed certificate) with background information.
