Hong Kong Postal Fiscals 1874 specimen d5: $2 olive-green, $3 dull violet and $10 rose-carmine handstruck "specimen" in blue plus 1867 3c. orange, 25c. green, 50c. violet and $1 blue plus 1885 $1.50 green (type HK4); small to part original gum; $2 and $3 with straight edges and other faults including thins on $10. Photo Estimate HK$ 25,000-30,000This handstamp is found on Corwn CC stamps in the De la Rue collection and in their 1866 specimen booklet and many exampels were stuck down. It is very scarce to rare but even rarer when applied in either blue or red. The coloured impressions may denote special usage and used up to 1880 on Hong Kong stamps which were selected to show how closely the colours of different denominations resembled each other
