Hong Kong 1898 With Chinese Characters Covers 1903 (5 Mar.) Maus Hong Kong 4c. on 3c. reply card registered to Germany, uprated with 10c. on 30c. grey-green (second printing [10]) cancelled by neat Hong Kong registered c.d.s. with the registration label at foot with German transit and arrival c.d.s..; the reply section, addressed to Hong Kong was cancelled in 1912. The surcharge stamp shows the horizontal kiss print of the second printing. The latest recorded use of the surcharge stamp on cover. All complete, used reply cards are rare.
