"Almirante", damaged in heavy weather, envelope (stamps floated off) from Bucaramanga, Colombia to France showing, on reverse, manuscript notation in Spanish which translates as "Dried after being wet in a storm aboard the mail steamer "Almirante" in the Caribbean." followed by a firm´s handstamp dated "oct 4 1915".
