Kennedy", wrecked on the south-west corner of Laysan Island, 790 nautical miles north-west of Honolulu, 1904 (13 Dec.) picture postcard from Scotland to Midway Island franked at 1d. and showing a superb strike of the "Returned from/wreck of Ken´dy" cachet in violet alongside Honolulu (28.3) and Midway Island (12.5) c.d.s.; a rare card from this wreck which took over 5 months to reach it´s destination.
