India Used Abroad Muscat Envelope to Calcutta bearing, on reverse, 1/2a. pair sharing pen stroke and each cancelled "309" in diamond of sixteen bars and with seriffed "muscat" c.d.s. for 1 February alongside, also showing Bombay (9.2) and Calcutta Delivery (12.2) d.s.; envelope with faults at one side through opening and with horizontal crease clear of the Muscat markings.
