Britannia and re-addressed twice locally, bearing 1889-91 1d. red-brown bisect se-tenant with unsurcharged pair, tied by "f.i." in oval of bars with Dartmouth duplex cancel alongside and Devonport d.s; small part torn away at top and other faults, otherwise scarce.
