Collections and Ranges An old-time Victorian All World collection housed in two "Improved Postage Stamp Albums"(c. 1890), contained in a carton; the more interesting countires include Great Britain Q.V. to 10/-, China with 1897 surcharges and locals, Hong Kong with 1891 Jubilee (2) unused, Japan and U.S.A. with 1893 Columbus to 30c. used; also packets of loose and some covers.
