China 1928 (2 April) envelope registered to Toulon, France from the Chef de Service Sanitaire, Concession Francaise in Shanghai and showing three blue cachets on reverse, franked by extraordinary usage of 2nd Peking 1/2c. brown (39 examples with three on reverse), 1c. orange (23) and 5c. rosy mauve (5) all tied by Shanghai c.d.s.
