Belgium 1858 Medallions, No Watermark 1860 (30 June) large part front and back of cover (restored) from Brussels to Zofingen, Switzerland, bearing 40c. carmine single, horizontal strip of four and strip of five paying extraordinary 4 franc rate and showing, on reverse, Basel-Olten TPO and Zofingen arrival datestamps.
