Griqualand West Values of Griqualand and Cape of Good Hope used subsequent to Griqualand becoming a province within Cape Colony 1882 (2 Aug.) envelope to Germany, bearing 1/2d. and 1d. with Type 17 and unoverprinted Cape of Good Hope 6d., all lightly tied by King Williamstown squared-circle d.s., showing "21/2d" accountancy h.s. in red and, on reverse, Cape Town, London and arrival datestamp; the envelope with some minor peripheral faults and age stains which affect the adhesives.
