Type 17 and unoverprinted Cape of Good Hope 1d. and 6d., all tied by "2" barred numeral and showing Port Elizabeth c.d.s. alongside overstruck by unclear accountancy h.s. in red with, on reverse, Cape Town and London datestamps.
