Fernando Po 1862 (22 June) unstamped envelope (with letter) to New Jersey, showing manuscript "12" (deleted) and "33", showing a good strike of the very rare "fernando po" c.d.s. of the British Postal Agency, partly overstruck by "new york/am pkt" transit c.d.s. and, on reverse, "liverpool/br. packet" transit d.s.; the envelope a little roughly opened at right and with some minor peripheral faults.
