Cape of Good Hope 1855-63 white paper 6d. pale rose-lilac pair, touched or cut-into in places on two sides, rather heavily cancelled on 1859 (22 Dec.) double rate entire from Cape Town to England, showing red crayon "10" with despatch and arrival datestamps on reverse; 1860 (Dec.) envelope (flap missing) to England, bearing 6d. deep rose-lilac, cut-into at bottom right, clearly tied and showing red crayon "5"; both also show "paid/devonport/cape-packet" c.d.s.
