Haywood, born Gloucester; enlisted 23rd Light Dragoons, 1805; served in Captain C.W. Dance´s Number 5 Troop during the Waterloo Campaign and was wounded at the battle of Waterloo; discharged 1818. Entitled to Military General Service 1793-1814, one clasp, Talavera.
