A.A.C.), edge bruise to last, very fine or better, mounted as originally worn, with a copy of a page of Pegasus Journal, January 1948, which gives recipient as C.S.M. 7 Para (5) Estimate £ 250-3006978994 Warrant Officer Second Class W. McGall initially served with the 1st Battalion Inniskilling Fusiliers, attended Parachute Course 104, graduating 21.2.1944; served during the Second War with 7 Para and took part in D-Day, the Ardenne Offensive and Operation Varsity (the Rhine crossing, 24.3.1945); served in Palestine (1945-48) as Company Sergeant Major with ´C´ Company 7 Para.
