A Russian Jubilee Badge A rare and highly attractive gold badge of the Department of Establishments of the Empress Maria Feodorovna, approximately 2 1/2in. (6cm) high, with the Empress´s cypher within a superbly chased oakleaf wreath beneath the Imperial Crown, a swan on the base of the wreath, the ends of the wreath stamped with 56 zolotniki mark and maker´s mark, the reverse with vertical pin fitting See illustration Note: Badges of this type were awarded to all persons in the deparmental service on the day of the Jubilee (2 May 1897).
