Durh:L.I.), scroll suspension, very fine Estimate £ 80-1204020 Colour-Sergeant Instructor of Musketry William Quelch, born Lambeth, London 1855; joined 84th Foot, 1880; served for three months with the 2nd Battalion,York and Lancaster Regiment in the Egyptian Campaign 1882 (entitled to Egypt Medal with clasp Tel-El-Kebir, and Khedive´s Star); Sergeant 3rd Battalion Durham Light Infantry, 1891; Appointed Sergeant Instructor of Musketry, 1899; Colour-Sergeant 1899; discharged at his own request 3.2.1906 after 26 years´ service.
