x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1839 (7 June) entire letter from Falmouth to Waterford, carried under the Free Franking system and signed "Donegal" (Earl of Donegal) at lower-left, apparently carried privately to Belfast and put into the post there, the address panel with fine red ´crowned´ Free d.s. of 14 June and Waterford arrival d.s. of 15 June; fine, clean and most attractive. A very rare and most unusual usage. Photo
