Stamford, Spalding and Boston Banking Company Limited, £5 (128), £10 (54), all dated between 1877-1907, all black and white, arms top left, value top right in oval frame, value in black tablet low left (Grant 5636c), a unique group with every example a variety in signature, date, style, annotation and representing a comprehensive banknote diary of the Banks issues between 1877 and the close of business in 1907. The majority of the notes have a triangular cut low right although a significant number are uncut and thus much rarer otherwise the general condition is very fine although many are considerably better.
