ME-TA, ear of barley (Noe 447; SNG ANS 340), a beautifully engraved face, struck a little off centre, but off centre to the left, thus allowing space for full appreciation of the portrait, engraver´s guiding line still visible on obverse, so struck from a reasonably fresh die, about extremely fine Estimate £ 300-400
