Shoulder Cords and Scales A pair of plaited silver chain-gimp shoulder-cords for a Royal Buckinghamshire Hussars officer´s mess-jacket, bearing good QVCs in gold embroidery and crimson velvet, the buttons bearing crown and RBY within a scalloped border; a white metal shoulder-scale, formed of five finely-struck flat scallop-edged plates, embossed crescents and blue lining (top plate detached and lacking button), together with the crescent from its pair; and a scale of the 11th Bengal Native Infantry, of similar design but in gilt metal, with a white metal crown on the strap, scarlet cloth lining and button inscribed with 11 and BHURTPORE and GUZERAT See illustration Estimate £ 100-150
