An Officer´s Pouch and Pouchbelt of the 10th Hussars A Victorian belt of distinctive regimental pattern, with VR cypher in the tip of the belt and on the pouch, surmounted by a Guelphic crown (black cloth lining of belt slightly defective), together with a black-painted tin by Meyer and Mortimer, bearing a plaque inscribed Major Genl. Wilkie (2) See illustration of belt Note: General Wilkie was a former officer of the 10th Hussars, and it seems likely that the pouchbelt belonged to him. Estimate £ 400-600
