Seychelles 1854 (16 June) entire letter, written in Italian and with disinfection slits, addressed from Geremia da Paglicita, Capuchin Prefect to Cardinal Fransoni, Prefect in charge of Holy Propaganda in Rome, the letter marked "Mahé nelle Isole Seychelles", rated "1/-" in red, showing "packet letter/mauritius" double-line oval d.s. for 22nd July, "indes or./marseille" c.d.s.
