x Orange Free State Revenue Stamps and Usages 1875 Second Embossed Issue Essays and Proofs 1d. and 1/- essays, both with "oranje" mis-spelt "orange", the former rejected and the latter accepted after spelling correction, and proofs of the 18d., 4/-, 5/- and 7/- in the accepted designs, all die stamped in gold on stiff white card and believed to have been produced at Somerset House.
