x ST. VINCENT 1881 (Sept.) 1/2d. Surcharge Varieties For surcharging, the sheet of 60 stamps was divided into vertical blocks of 18 stamps, comprising vertical columns 1-3, 4-6 and 7-9. The fraction bar omitted variety is on the left half of Type 12 in the surcharge forme. The variety thus occurs on Nos. 52, 55 and 58 An unsevered pair, the left stamp with fraction bar omitted [52], lightly cancelled "A10" and with part of straight-line "registered" h.s.; blue crayon mark at left otherwise fine.
