#4,1867 10c Brown, impressive used irregular block of seventeen with ms. cancels for fiscal use, positions 4-9/30-35 less position 32, clear to large margins virtually all around, attractive deep color and impression, vertical folds between the stamps and light wear from being affixed to a document, very fine; multiples of this value are rare in any form and it is highly unusual to have this large of a multiple used even for fiscal purposes.
