Great Britain Postal History 1866 (28 July) envelope to China inscribed "Via Marseilles", bearing 1865-67 4d. dull vermilion (plate 7) and 1/- green, tied by fine Wilmslow "C78" duplex cancellations with red handstruck "1" adjacent, the reverse with fine blue "shanghae" arrival c.d.s. of the British Post Office; minor cover imperfections in no way detracting from the excellent appearance.
