Great Britain Surface-Printed Issues 1883-84 ´Lilac and Green´ Issue 11/2d. lilac, AK-BL block of four from top-right corner of the sheet, large margins other sides, handstamped "specimen" type 9, almost full original gum; light gum wrinkling, some faults in the selvedge including a crease which crosses AL but does not detract from the very fine and fresh appearance.
