William and Mary, Halfcrown, 1689, first, conjoined busts right, gvlielmvs.et.maria.dei.gratia, toothed border both sides, rev. inverted die axis, first crowned quartered shield of arms, with Lion of Nassau as an escutcheon with six lozenges, nine strings to Irish harp, crown with caul and interior frosted with pearls, date either side, .mag.br.fr.et.hib.rex.et.regina., edge, upright, second cross resembles an E on it´s side, .+.+.decvs.et.tvtamen.anno.regni.primo (ESC 503; S.3434), only fair, the malformed cross unusual Estimate £ 50-60
